As an IW mesmer for the last 3 BWE's I second this. With 100 blades and the right build you could put together an IW build that could easily take on 2 warriors at the same time and win. That's much harder if not impossible to do now.
Still good for anti caster though which is what I think the purpose of IW was in the first place.

Interesting change made on Determined Shot. It's actually more helpful to builds with low marksmanship now. Maybe that'll encourage more beast masters, wilderness and some warrior builds.

I was browsing the Warrior skills. I saw "For Great Justice" listed at 15e, isnt it 10e?

Some questions about the changes
First, thanks for this very useful post. Sorry for bringing old discussion, but I'm going through the changes step by step and it took me a week. Now I underlined some things, I would like further explanation on. Here it goes:

Would you please explain this to me. It seems that there could be no more than half reduction of speed. At the same time Iron Mist for example states 'target foe moves 90% slower'. So I guess these 50% go to the next skill - the one that will stack - like if the foe is ALREADY slowed, Iron Mist would be capped at 50%?

I would like confirmation on this if possible.

I would like confirmation on this as well.
Also, I'm pretty sure Grasping Earth's energy cost has been reduced to 5.
Best regards and Thanks in advance folks!

GWBot has it as area effect, GWOnline doesn't. Though, I think GWOnline is wrong here.

Hmm, okay, I've noticed discrepancies between our listing and others. Not to mention general confusion. Now, I was very thorough when going over the skills (Which was done late Friday), double and even tripple checking to make sure things were right, but I'm certainly willing to admit I made an error or oversight. There's also the possibility that reality and skill descriptions aren't matching up yet.
Anyhow, here's the things I've notice so far. Anyone able to confirm or deny such things unequivicably?
-For Great Justice! : 10 energy instead of 15?
-Grasping Earth : 5 energy instead of 15?
-Quick Shot : Locks attack skills for 2 seconds?
-Plague Sending : AoE when a condition is transfered?
-Thrill of Victory : Acting odd, linked to something (I raised every attribute, didn't see any effect on the skill even though it had a variable green number) and causing health gain rather than more damage?
-Vampiric Gaze : 10 energy instead of 15?

Yep. I goofed on those. That's what I get for relying on memory when editing a post...

Hmm. Going from 1-10, you level up 9 times, going from 10-15, you level up 5 times, and going from 15-20, you level up 5 times. 9 * 5 = 45, 5 * 10 = 50, and 5 * 20 = 100. 45 + 50 + 100 = 195. Where'd the other 5 points go? I'm guessing you actually get 10 points when you hit level 10, not 5 as the above description says, but if anyone knows for sure, that'd be nice...

Nope. You start as a level 1 character with zero attribute points, you get your first 5 attribute points when you achieve level 2.

Yeah, there's a mystery 5 AP somewhere. I'm guessing you get them as some kind of quest reward.
Remember that at one point you were only supposed to get 5 AP a level, period. The rest would come from completing missions and other quests. That left a bit of a gap and the idea of characters gaining more than that at 16~20th level was put in place shortly before the WPE so that people who actually got to 20th level weren't running around with 95 AP (Which I've done and believe me, it's no fun). Why 16th through 20th? Well, for the WPE everyone started at level 15.
It's another instance of a quick-fix becoming the status quo. Personally, I like it as it makes for a better progression and few "dead" attribute levels. Although it totally spoils my "optimum attribute allocation" tables...

Not sure if you guys covered this... but don't you get skill points for doing missions and such? Or have they removed that?

you get a skill point and 1000xp for completing the primary mission and another skill point and 1000xp for completing the secondary mission.

Thanks to all that replied. I took a look at my PvP character creation screenshots. These were taken at the VERY end of March BWE (like 5 or so minutes before the end, while Gwen was spelling Doom around)

I can't say about the description, but if you take a closer look you can see it's icon has the Elite sign. That's why I'm eager to know the exact effect:

Ah, very nice Chavi. And thanks everyone else. The skills have been updated yet again. I'll chalk it up to last minute changes or my own incompetance. Anything else anyone's noticed that's incorrect still?
